Hello! My name is Jenica Lualhati and I am the creator of Gouda Vibes Grazing! It all started in December of 2020 when I decided to make my first charcuterie board. It was for a small family gathering on Christmas Eve and everyone was googly eyed over it. I had an online friend tell me to post a picture of it on this Facebook group she was in and within hours it blew up! Christmas morning I woke up and found over 2k + notifications and I was ecstatic. So, every family event after that I was always asked to bring a charcuterie board. From December 2020 to May 2021 I was asked countless times, if I would ever sell them. And next thing I know it I started an instagram page on May 14th, 2021 and launched my menu on June 3rd, 2021.

 

Summer 2021, I had so much fun making grazing boards for others. Through Gouda Vibes Grazing I’ve met so many new people, I now call friends. I had the honor to do a styled shoot on July 14th, 2021 with Photodelphia and many others. Then junior year of nursing school hit August 2021 and I had to take a pause on my new found talent and passion. As some of you may know nursing school needs your full attention and 120% more, so I had no time to put my all into Gouda Vibes Grazing.

 

I didn’t start posting again until February 2022, when my beautiful sister-in-law asked me to make her a graze board for her Valentine’s Day event for her business (Lovella Aesthetics). From August 2021 to February 2022 I got lost in the stress of nursing school and forgot how much I LOVED arranging grazing boards. I started posting again when I could and the LOVE I got when I came back was overwhelming.

 

I fell in love again with my passion, my art, my work, and my talent.
